Trading Systems Developer

Our firm is looking to hire a gifted software developer. We seek creative problem-solvers who are passionate about technology and enjoy working on complex problems as part of a small team. The role will involve developing applications and libraries for a high frequency trading system. We encourage direct and frequent interaction with the trading team – including the partners of the firm. Effective tutoring will be provided by senior members, and the developer will be expected to work the full development life-cycle from requirement sourcing, architecture & design, through to support and maintenance. Students majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other fields with a relevant background are encouraged to apply. Additional experience in C++, TCP/IP, multi-threaded design, game systems development, real-time systems, and/or high-frequency trading will be viewed favorably, but is not a requirement.
